The scene: formal birthday dinner for 35 people at Chateau des Sablons in the Loire Valley. During champagne on the terrace, Vince moved among the guests, delivering up close magic tricks to the astounded guests. He was particularly good about choosing a way to bring people in who were interested and no interfering with conversations that were serious. Later, he performed from table to table during the transition between courses, which is a gift, and a tremendous help when managing a large, elaborate multi-course dinner. Then before desert, he presented a 15 minute show for the entire ballroom, leaving us dazzled.
Totally good taste, a knack for being discreet and yet present, and reliable with followup during the planning process.
No one who attended will ever look at a lemon the same way. (You have to see it to believe it --- I won't give anything away).
